THE PROCESS
STEP 1: INSTRUCT
360 Medico Legal receive instructions from solicitors, insurers and case managers together with treating specialist reports. The referrer is provided with a list of potential independent specialists. Often the solicitor needs a particular specialisation or field of practice. 360 Medico Legal can assist with this.
STEP 2: PREPARATION
An appointment is made with the client to visit our rooms. The 360 Medico Legal nurse ensures all necessary reports and medical information is available for the specialist.
STEP 3: APPOINTMENT
The client attends the 360 Medico Legal offices for their consult with the independent specialist. To maximise efficiency, the client can see more than one specialist on the same day.
STEP 4: REPORTING
The report(s) is completed by the specialist(s) and vetted by the in-house Quality Auditor. The completed report(s) is provided to the instructing referrer within two weeks of the final consultation.
